Our agile assessment supports your company in evaluating and determining your current agility level. We analyze and report the levels of maturity and use these as the foundation to define individual “target states” and aims of a transformation. These can be used repeatedly to measure the process and progress of your companie's transformation.
While being solution oriented, it is important to not forget the issues, problems or challenges that brought you to the decision to transform your team, department, or company. Put a focus on those challenges to understand your individual way forward. Do not shy away from really looking and talking about them. A journey is hard to plan, even if you do not even know where you started.

We use interviews, workshops, or direct observation of agile teams in action, our library of methods enables us the flexibility of observing which of those methods fits best to each team, member or department.
Areas of Focus
Common areas are teams, processes, tools, leadership, and culture. For each assessed area, the resulting report shows how the selected assessment criteria are applied and whether there are any specific supporters or challenges to agile adoption.
Desired State definition and Gap Analysis
An analysis identifies the gaps between the current and the desired state. And pinpoints areas where improvements are needed and provides a baseline for tracking progress. This is a major outcome once a transformation journey starts and helps keep the transformation on track.
The results of a Gap Analysis are used to derive a concrete action plan and recommendations for your agile transition. We recommend specific actions, trainings, process improvements, organizational changes, or initiatives to address the identified gaps and improve the organization's agility.
