We use interviews, workshops, or direct observation of agile teams in action, our library of methods enables us the flexibility of observing which of those methods fits best to each team, member or department.

Common areas are teams, processes, tools, leadership, and culture. For each assessed area, the resulting report shows how the selected assessment criteria are applied and whether there are any specific supporters or challenges to agile adoption.
Desired State definition and Gap Analysis
An analysis identifies the gaps between the current and the desired state and pinpoints areas where improvements are needed and provides a baseline for tracking progress. This is a major outcome once a transformation journey starts and helps keep the transformation on track.
